Stayed here recently when seeing a musical show in the area. Hotel is on a non-left turn road (so be aware of that when driving). Slightly older property, bungalow-style building for the rooms. Be aware 2nd floor rooms are stairs only (if there was wheelchair access, I didn't see it). Staff is very nice at this property (front office & housekeeping). Rooms are decent, but I agree they could use a remodel to make the shower area larger. It was a struggle to keep the room temp consistent. Water pressure was AWESOME in the shower...no dribble shower here. I found the room to be clean and fairly quiet. I think it's worth staying here if you want to be in this area and aren't interesting in being stuck in ATL traffic to drive here from somewhere else ITP/OTP.

Hotel was very nice overall. Room was clean, well stocked, comfortable bed, quiet for the most part. However, this was the absolute worst internet I've ever experienced at a hotel. Could hardly connect when needed and when you could connect it would just drop the connection over and over, this also impacted the ability to use the streaming services on the TV. Be prepared to use a hotspot if you stay.

I really wanna stress how amazing the staff was because they were so kind and understanding. But if you need a freezing cold room with the AC blaring do not stay here. The AC works but it rattles so bad you can not sleep, talk or even hear the T.V. Front Desk said it's something with the dehumidifier inside the AC and it's not able to be fixed. Drove me freaking insane. Everything else was great and would stay here again if the AC gets fixed.

Pretty good experience. Building exterior is slightly older but penthouse are very spacious and interior is great. Slightly awkward location as you can’t make a left turn into it and the entrance is on a busy street. Staff was responsive to basic requests such as a request for a room change where there was evidence of marijuana use.

It was great starting each day with the hot breakfast, the staff kept it replenished. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. Free wi-fi worked well.

I like that this was an affordable stay but unfortunately my stay was not pleasant. There was a homeless person camped outside my room and as a woman staying by herself on the bottom floor I was nervous. Also my room smelled like mildew and dog poop. I checked in at midnight and left at 7 am so it wasn't worth trying to change rooms. I also wasn't confident any other room would be much better considering someone had to of cleaned that room and didn't do anything about the smell.

Centrally located, this hotel is a short drive to much of the charm in Buckhead. I expected a hotel room in a building. What we got was a spread out condo like situation. There was a lot of walking required to get to the room and its nowhere near the lobby. It's nice that there is a complimentary breakfast. What's not so nice is the staff ate it all leaving very little for guests. And no, we were not late for breakfast.

This was the best one I have ever stayed in. The staff was great and helpful. Even though I didn't eat breakfast I was told by my brother that it was great. so if you are in the area of this place stop and take a load off. It will be worth your money.
